Peripatetic Friday (With Two Book Giveaways!)

I decided to launch Labor Day weekend with a stroll about the Internet.  Today, you can find me in three places:

Magical Words (my usual Friday haunt), writing about what I’m writing about (and asking other writers to chime in with what they’re creating).  Come join us!

Magical Words is a website by writers for writers (and readers who want a behind-the-scenes peak at the process of writing.)  Regular posters include David B. Coe, John G. Hartness, Faith Hunter, and Misty Massey, with frequent guest posts from Lucienne Diver, Diana Pharaoh Francis, and Carrie Ryan.  The Magical Words crowd is friendly, so don’t hesitate to stop by!

Julie Kenner’s blog, writing about my life as a lawyer, and how it has influenced my life as a writer.  I’m giving away an electronic copy of Single Witch’s Survival Guide to on commenter, so come join in the fun!  (Also, I’ll be sharing some very exciting news about Julie and me, in the next few weeks…)

Romance Recipes, writing about, um, romance recipes.  Specifically, I give the recipe for the most popular item in the Cake Walk bakery — Almond Lust.  And I’m also giving away an electronic copy of Single Witch’s Survival Guide to one commenter, so be sure to comment over there!

I look forward to seeing you around the web!

Mindy, also looking forward to Labor Day weekend!

  1. I was curious if you ever thought of changing the structure of your website?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you
could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
