Changing Gears

It’s the first of the month, and I’ve taken care of all sorts of housekeeping matters…

I’ve updated the website, opening up the March Contest, and posting the first review for WHEN GOOD WISHES GO BAD.  Okay.  So you want to know what they said?  Here’s the gist of it:

"Klasky continues her adorable As You Wish series with this nearly cinematic romantic comedy…. [The main characters’] working and romantic relationships are challenged by an obnoxious show sponsor, Ryan’s guerrilla gardening mother, and mischievous gender-shifting genie Teel (familiar from 2009’s How Not to Make a Wish). With broadly comic characters, even pacing, and a charming romance, this cozy evening’s read will leave readers smiling."

Bounce, bounce, bounce.

Oh – and I also posted over at – a rumination on changing gears, moving from one sub-genre to another in writing and in reading.  Go forth, read, and comment!

Mindy, juggling with the new calendar page telling her she’s already behind…

  1. Great review! Congrats!

  2. YAY! I got a nice review of one of my books this weekend, too. Walked around smiling at nothing for hours.

Is it April yet???? I can’t wait to read this book.

Going to post a comment as instructed…
